Baling rows upon rows

Wow another fortnight has flown past, and here’s 60 seconds I’ve prepared to help you relax into your Sunday.

New podcast out today!

A little later than usual, today I have also put live the latest from the barn in the form of a new podcast episode.

You can check that out here. It’s a great episode we discuss (and show off) the new piglets, what happened to Eric, and stories from the countryside.

I’ll send another small email about that next week.

Silage not hay

I was corrected after my last video by Michael Philbin (impressively I might add), because I was a little loose with the term “hay”… this field is in fact being prepared for silage.

Bad news for me, because I was assuming it’d go unnoticed… I believe Michael’s keen eye noticed the grass was a little too green to be hay. Anyway the next step is silage wrapping – one of the craziest (and most impressive) contraptions I’ve ever seen.

I hope you’re having a lovely Sunday and if you’re feeling inspired – please share this moment with others.

If you have anything to add, then I’d love to hear from you in the comments!

Lots of love from Ru + the farm.
